    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
    • Oversee all leisure sales processes, ensuring that sales strategies are effectively implemented and revenue targets are met.
    • Manage leisure sales programs, including customer packages, promotional offers, and loyalty programs.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with leisure service providers to ensure the best offerings for customers. Stay up to date on changes to leisure sales regulations and market trends, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
    • Lead a team of leisure sales professionals, setting performance goals, providing mentorship, and facilitating necessary training initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations teams to integrate leisure sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Develop and maintain leisure sales policies and procedures, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders. Conduct regular evaluations of leisure sales processes to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure leisure sales systems are technologically sound and user-friendly.
    • Manage relationships with leisure sales-related vendors, negotiating contracts and overseeing service delivery to uphold quality standards.
    Education and/or Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
    • 7+ years of experience in leisure sales and marketing leadership roles
    • In-depth knowledge of leisure sales regulations, market trends, and industry best practices
    • Proven track record in managing and leading high-performing sales teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant sales and marketing software
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
    • Exhibits persistence, patience, creativity, and adaptability in achieving sales objectives.

    Other Requirements
    • Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred.
    • Basic understanding of accounting roles and GAAP standards beneficial.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
    • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic industry.
    • Familiarity with relevant technology and innovation in sales.
    Physical Demands
    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
    • Frequent use of fingers, handling, feeling, talking, and hearing.
    • Moderate standing, reaching, walking, stooping, and lifting.
    • Sustains substantially recurring movement to fingers, hands, and wrists.
    • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
