This position will assist with oversight for management of multiple conventional apartment communities in the area. Occasional travel in the immediate area will be required. Rate: Depending on experience and position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assists with operation of multiple apartment communities.
• Coordinates lease renewals and resident retention planning.
• Manages property delinquency, including appearing in court proceedings.
• Ensuring Company policies and procedures are upheld.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Travel is required.
