We are currently searching for one full-time Multi-Site Community Director to join our team in the Lancaster region. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple communities throughout Lancaster and the surrounding areas.
• Lead, support, and manage on-site staff to ensure efficient community operations.
• Manage resident accounts, including rent collection, application processing, and accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage related budgets, invoices, and project expenses.
• Provide responsive customer service to residents, applicants, and community stakeholders.
