We seek Associate Work Window Coordinator candidates with relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Clients such as SRMC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Work Window Coordination (WWC) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - ProSidian Strategic Resourcing and Professional Staff Augmentation for Work Window Coordination (WWC) Solutions and Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Associate Work Window Coordinator  [ProSidian Strategic Resourcing and Professional Staff Augmentation for Work Window Coordination (WWC) Solutions and Services] aligned with the Work Window Coordination (WWC) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector.

This role focusses on Human Capital | Project Management | Engineering | Environmental | Compliance | Risk Management | IT Effectiveness | Business Process | Training Knowledge Management Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC (SRMC) | SRMC Supply Chain / Procurement supporting the Liquid Waste Program under DOE prime contract 89303322DEM000068 Generally Located In Aiken, South Carolina and across the Southeast | South Atlantic | CONUS Region (Of Country/World) Working On-Site (Client Site).

Provide Work Window Coordination (WWC) Services and Solutions as a ProSidian Engagement Team Member working in a capacity that Supports work window coordination through planning, analysis, coordination, documentation, compliance, quality assurance, and stakeholder support..  Synchronize operations, maintenance, and construction so each work window is safe, ready, conflict-free, and executable.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Associate Work Window Coordinator  | Work Window Coordination (WWC) [L00321]

Safety is a primary responsibility in each job performed. Obtain safety training, obey safety rules, and make safety an integral part of each task. Take necessary steps to stop work if continuing the activity is unsafe or will create and unsafe condition.

• Supports coordination of facility work activities scheduled during designated workweek.
• Participates in activities within a framework of formal disciplined operations and post job/work window assessments.
• Communicates and follows through on continuous improvement opportunities.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of work activity schedule. Activities include, but are not limited to: - Aids in initial “task level schedules” - Assists in creation of resource loaded schedules - Monitors restraints and making corrections - Keeps track of scheduled tasks - Ensures rolling week schedule is ready for work prior to execution - Verifies task readiness - Helps resolve schedule conflicts and proposes solutions - Supports work schedule interface - Assists in the coordination of outside support work schedules within responsible facility
• Works closely with facility Operations to ensure scheduled priorities are clearly understood in the Work Management Center (WMC).
• Ensures that work packages are “ready to work” (by electronic verification of package and requisition parts status, and verifying supporting documents and permits are approved) prior to the execution week. Utilizes and manipulates a computerized work management system in maintaining and tracking schedule activities.
• Effectively delivers written and oral information in a clear, concise, timely, accurate and efficient manner. Conducts weekly status meetings to report on previous week’s work activities and provides regular schedule updates to facility management.
• Analyzes and develops critique which is presented to work group.
• Receives data detailing work activity additions, actions not completed, and lessons learned.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering or science) and 3+ years practical work experience in one or more of the following; work control, E&I/mechanical maintenance, plant operations or related areas

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering or science) and 3+ years practical work experience in one or more of the following; work control, E&I/mechanical maintenance, plant operations or related areas OR;
• Bachelor’s Degree in a non-technical discipline and 4+ years practical work experience in one or more of the following; work control, E&I/mechanical maintenance, plant operations or related areas OR;
• Associate’s degree and 6+ years practical work experience in one or more of the following; work control, E&I/mechanical maintenance, plant operations or related areas OR;
• High school diploma or GED and 8+ years practical work experience in one or more of the following; work control, E&I/mechanical maintenance, plant operations or related areas
• US Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering or science) and 3+ years practical work experience in one or more of the following; work control, E&I/mechanical maintenance, plant operations or related areas

• Client preferred qualifications:
• DOE or similar government site experience.
• Knowledgeable of work control processes, standards and polices.
• Basic knowledge of Primavera PM, Puridiom, PRT, Asset Suite, Filemaker Pro, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) software applications.
• Working knowledge of typical maintenance activities, including the ability to ascertain task durations and facility impacts with ability to incorporate this data.
• Capable of comprehending and interpreting various electrical and mechanical documents, blueprints, drawings and schematics.
• A fundamental understanding regarding the facility Authorization Basis such that AB impacts can be properly identified and integrated into the schedule.
• Eligible to receive a government issued security clearance level “L” as required

Other Details

Plans, coordinates, and executes an Integrated schedule of Operations, Maintenance and Construction activities associated with “Work Windows” within assigned facility Work Management Center (WMC). Applies basic knowledge of operating facility processes, systems and related maintenance activities to organize, schedule, plan, and oversee the execution of work within designated workweek.
