The Deployment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Field Services Operations through the deployment of team members around the world. In this role, you will support critical day-to-day operations to support planning, organizing, and preparing team members for their deployments to clients’ water parks.

YOUR CHALLENGE:
Deployment Planning:
- Collaborate with the GFS Field Lead and Project Managers on upcoming project needs for manpower and scheduling
- Manage and maintain the deployment schedules
- Partner with project management, and customer service to assign field services team members to construction and after-sales projects
- Support the Global Field Services Team and Ride Verification Teams with entry information, visa process and booking travel.
- Research travel entry and visa requirements to foreign countries.
- Support team members with visa applications, research and supporting documents
- Review and book domestic and international flight and rental car options
- Research and book travel accommodations
- Populate border and travel documents for deploying team members
- Update employee files and records
- Oversee rewards and recognition program for field team members
- Review, update, and format documents for Field Services
- Identify opportunities for improvements to processes, workflows, and tools
- Be the expert in all things travel
- All other assigned administrative tasks as required
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in related fields of business, travel, project management is considered an asset
- Experience with researching or booking business travel is required
- Experience with processing and researching visas for travel is a strong asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
- Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-starter and energetic
- Must be able to ensure the highest level of confidentiality
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Expected salary range: $50,000-$60,000
