Job description

Knowledge of servers (Windows)
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, OSI model, SAN, NAS, Routers, Switches, Ping, Checkpoints etc.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Passionate to have a career in IT Infrastructure
Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion.
Resolve technical issues.
Basic knowledge on NOC.
Knowledge about IT Infrastructure

Excellent communication skills
Good personality
