Call Center Representative at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is Perdiem and will work 8-hour, Evening shifts.

Under moderate supervision, the PBX/ Call Center Representative answers a multi-incoming computerized PBX system and directs calls to the appropriate extension, department or individual. Responsible for monitoring and responding appropriately to medical emergency alarms, fire, and equipment failure.
