    Echocardiograph Technologist - Pediatrics at Covenant Children's Hospital in Lubbock, TX

    ***Please note that this position is onsite and therefore requires the ability to commute to Covenant Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, TX.***

As a Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer, you’ll journey from fetal to adult congenital patients, mastering every ultrasound modality to illuminate some of the most intricate hearts in healthcare. One moment you’re soothing tiny neonates or guiding anxious families through the exam process; the next, you’re collaborating with cardiologists, surgeons, and intensivists to help shape critical, life‑saving decisions. Whether you're performing high‑stakes STAT studies, supporting advanced procedures in the OR, or mentoring future peers, you’re a vital force in creating clarity and confidence in every diagnosis.     Required Qualifications: 

    • Graduate from a formal approved and accredited Cardiac Sonographer program
    • 12 months of training/evaluation will be required for pediatric cardiology studies concurrently or successively at the discretion of the Medical Director of the Pediatric Echo Lab
    • National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire -OR-
    • National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire
    • National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer - Adult Echocardiography upon hire -OR-
    • National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer - Fetal Echocardiography upon hire -OR-
    • National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Fetal Echocardiography upon hire
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

    Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
