Position Summary

Level Wellness is seeking a skilled and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. • Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment records as required.
• Follow applicable sanitation, safety, privacy, and professional practice standards.
• Build strong client relationships that encourage retention and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the Level Wellness team to support an integrated and high-quality client experience.
