Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Plant Operations Assistant to help maintain our buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role supports routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, landscaping, safety inspections, and general facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with landscaping, mowing, trimming, pressure washing, and seasonal groundskeeping.
• Safely operate mowers, weed eaters, blowers, edgers, chainsaws, and other maintenance equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist with facility projects.
• Maintain required maintenance and safety records.
• Follow facility policies and applicable safety requirements.
