    Job description

    • FTE: 0.01
    • Minimum Salary: 50.17
    • Maximum Salary: 76.84
    • Job Location: Swedish Mill Creek(HR)

    This position is required to perform a variety of radiological technical procedures specific to the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in a high-volume outpatient setting. Responsible for producing high-quality radiographic images while interacting with all patients in a caring and comforting manner. Jointly responsible for performing required quality control activities as mandated by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and the FDA. Dependent on location, may be required to utilize general radiography skills to perform diagnostic radiology exams.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Successful completion of a formal radiologic technology training program, which meets the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
    • Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist
    • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
    • Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
    • Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Mammography
    • Dependent on location, prior general radiography experience may be required

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1 year of full-time mammography experience

    Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
