Your job

As Data & Reporting Analyst within the HR Data & Reporting team, you act as the key link between HR business stakeholders, IT teams and reporting specialists. You translate business needs into clear reporting requirements, ensure alignment with the HR data landscape and contribute to the delivery of reliable, actionable and business-relevant insights.

You support data-driven decision making by helping stakeholders define their reporting needs, guiding them through the reporting process and ensuring the quality and consistency of HR data and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Requirement Management

• Act as point of contact for HR data and reporting requests.
• Understand and challenge business requirements to identify the underlying reporting needs.
• Translate business questions into clear functional requirements and reporting specifications.
• Guide stakeholders through the reporting lifecycle and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support prioritization and assessment of reporting demands.

Reporting & Analytics

• Contribute to the design and evolution of HR dashboards, reports and analytical solutions.
• Provide guidance on reporting possibilities, data availability and data interpretation.
• Support the creation of actionable insights that enable data-driven HR decisions.
• Validate reporting outputs against business expectations and requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as liaison between HR, IT, external vendors and reporting developers.
• Coordinate with technical teams when system expertise or developments are required.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between reporting needs and the broader HR data architecture.

Data Governance & Quality

• Collaborate closely with data quality and governance stakeholders.
• Promote consistent definitions, KPIs and reporting standards.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving HR data quality and reporting maturity.
• Contribute to the documentation of reporting processes, data flows and business rules.

Position in the Organization

The Data & Reporting Analyst reports to the Manager HRIS & Data and operates at the intersection of HR business teams, the HR Data & Reporting team, IT stakeholders and reporting developers.

The role acts as the functional bridge between demand intake, data governance activities and reporting delivery, ensuring that business needs are translated into high-quality, scalable and sustainable reporting solutions.
