Director, Accounting

Summary

We are looking for a Director of Accounting who would lead and optimize the company’s financial operations by:

•Managing global accounting processes and financial reporting.
•Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
•Building a high-performing accounting team and supporting strategic decision-making.

In order to:

•Deliver accurate and timely financial insights.
•Ensure readiness for audit compliance.
•Support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

•Manage daily accounting operations including revenue recognition, AP, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.
•Lead the global controllership function and ensure compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
•Own the monthly financial close process and deliver accurate consolidated reporting.
•Prepare financial statements and reporting processes.
•Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application.
•Oversee audits, tax compliance, and liaise with insurance and audit partners.
•Collaborate with FP&A to align metrics, forecasts, and budgets.
