Responsibilities
•Establish and develop the Proximus Global Finance Business Partner program
•Develop and maintain the Monthly KPI suite including, but not limited to, Pipeline to Booking to Billing reporting template, Conversion metrics, and Seller Productivity
•Support Leaders through regular touchpoints to review monthly forecasts, align on reporting, and provide ad hoc Finance support.
•Build financial models to analyze business cases and present findings to Executive team members.
•Maintain month-end close processes including performing customer margin reporting on WD2, update the customer ledger, and investigate / resolve data discrepancies.
•Support Revenue Operations by reviewing the Quarterly Commissions payouts for quota-carrying employees.
Present an Executive summary to the VP Finance for final approval. Provide ad hoc support and approvals to Sales and Revenue Ops to align reporting and manage exceptions and escalations.
•Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Product Development to build and enhance internal systems used to support financial analysis and improved business insights.
•Assist with special finance projects and partner with cross-functional departments in preparing analyses, including financial modeling of new business ideas.
