You shape the Finance strategy as a member of the Finance Leadership Team and translate it into priorities for Group Corporate Accounting.
You lead a large organization of more than 100 people, setting a clear direction and developing the capabilities needed to deliver the Finance strategy.
You ensure the quality and integrity of end-to-end accounting processes across the Group’s domestic and international entities, from transaction processing to statutory and consolidated reporting.
You define Group accounting policies and valuation rules, oversee compliance with Belgian accounting requirements and IFRS, and ensure effective internal controls.
You advise and engage senior stakeholders, including the Group Audit and Risk Committee, external auditors and the Proximus Leadership Squad, on complex accounting matters, financial risks and key decisions.
You drive continuous improvement and transformation across the accounting organization, leading changes to processes, operating models and financial systems.
