Responsibilities
•Supporting and managing the Revenue Objective calculation, quota allocations, and distribution across regional sales and CS teams.
•Lead and maintain data accuracy and reporting requirements in partnership with Revenue Analytics.
•Supporting forecasting processes through data analysis and tracking.
•Support the regional revenue bottom-up planning activity;
•Supporting execution of key activities within the Revenue Operations function: processes and initiatives primarily in the areas of pipeline analytics, KPIs/dashboards, and customer profitability;
•Analyze regional customer and pipeline performance and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
•Provide monthly data analysis for business reviews with regional Sales, CS, and Finance leadership;
•Maintaining data integrity within the CRM to improve revenue effectiveness and the ability to deliver actionable insights;
•Customer tiering and ICP segmentation: responsible for the bi-yearly recalculation, maintenance of tools and reports, and leading the up-ticking process in coordination with GTM Engineering.
