The Strategy Manager – Engage & Protect Business Partner will define and drive transversal transformation and strategic initiatives such long-term strategy definition, expansion into new markets and synergy cases in partnership with relevant PXS International leaders.
The employee will track and report on the progress and impact of these files to the lead of the BU Protect and Engage.

Minimum
education:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field.
Minimum
experience:
10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, or a related area. Consulting and industry experience is a clear plus.
Language
skills:
English. Other languages are an asset.

Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional and international project teams.
Strong strategic and business acumen.
