Coordinator Office Management

Office Management Responsibilities:

• Handles the purchase and inventory of office supplies
• Provides basic maintenance of office equipment
• Handles incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
• Organizes office meetings and events, maintains meeting rooms calendar
• Assists with business travel arrangements including bookings, documentation, and expense processing
• Receives and routs incoming calls, visitors, couriers, and correspondence
• Liaises with facility management vendors
• Provides administrative support to the Office/Country Manager and other departments as instructed by the Country Manager
• Supports signature flow for non-operational documents
• Manages visitor access according to PSI policies
• Assists with health and safety initiatives in the office

• College or university degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Equivalency is defined as a minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration
• 3 years of administrative experience
• Prior experience in an international company is a plus
• Prior experience with facility management is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Problem-solving skills, ability to take initiative and act proactively
