Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-cap corporate clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services to support their business growth and success
- Proactively identify and understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and develop tailored strategies to address them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit, product, and support units, to deliver seamless and efficient client experiences
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through regular communication and exceptional service
- Actively monitor and manage the performance of the client portfolio, ensuring adherence to risk management policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability
Requirements
- Have experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex financial information and provide tailored solutions
- Proficient in using various financial analysis tools and software
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and cross-selling objectives
