Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic, financial, and regulatory governance frameworks for the Consumer Banking Group
- Act as primary liaison between the Finance BUC, digibank tech and business/product owners.
- Ensure the delivery of digital journeys is aligned with the bank’s overall strategy.
- Ensure digibank features are delivered on time with the expected quality.
- Ensure and oversee projects in accordance with proper governance and cost management.
- Monitor project costs and ensure proper project governance.
- Monitor key data to ensure digibank stays competitive in the digital banking market
- Communicate product/feature launch via e-mail, push notifications, and other available channels by working with the marketing, data chapter, and business teams.
- Track and gather data or documents for regulatory requests while ensuring the implementation of any new regulations with timeliness
- Track and gather data or documents required for audit purposes
- Supporting customer adoption towards digital platform
Requirements
- Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, governance frameworks, and risk management principles
- Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
