GA WORKER - PS LENGKONG

As a GA Worker at our PS Lengkong facility, you will be responsible for providing essential support services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the site, maintaining a clean, safe, and functional working environment.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Perform general maintenance and repair tasks for the facility, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
* Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment to identify and report issues requiring attention.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, offices, and production zones.
* Assist with the setup and dismantling of equipment, furniture, and other items as required for various activities.
* Manage and monitor inventory of office supplies, cleaning materials, and general maintenance tools.
* Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs or maintenance services.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Provide logistical support for internal events and meetings.
* Assist with waste management and recycling efforts.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a general affairs or facilities support role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
* Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
* Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and able to perform duties requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
* Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
