Responsible for selecting, checking, and preparing plants for dispatch in accordance with shipment criteria, FIFO procedures, and delivery schedules.

- Select plants according to established shipment criteria.
- Ensure selected plants follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) process.
- Check and ensure plants are free from pests and meet required quality standards.
- Perform plant sorting and preparation for shipment.
- Ensure dispatch activities are carried out according to the established schedule and rotation.
- Monitor shipment targets and support loading and unloading activities as required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Experience in plant production, warehouse, dispatch, or related operations is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.
- Able to follow work procedures and schedules.
- Physically fit and able to perform loading, unloading, and plant handling activities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
