We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to support residents in our Long-Term Care community. This role focuses on providing daily care and assistance that promotes dignity, safety, and independence.
This position is part-time, 12 hours per week, 7:00am to 7:30pm and includes every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents in accordance with professional standards, facility policies, and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, including PRN medications, and accurately document care and resident responses.
- Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate significant findings to providers, families, and appropriate members of the care team.
- Supervise and support CNAs, ensuring residents receive appropriate personal care, nutrition, mobility assistance, toileting, and other daily needs.
- Participate in admissions, care planning, physician rounds, transfers, and other activities supporting continuity of care.
- Promote and protect resident rights, dignity, safety, privacy, and freedom from abuse and neglect.
- Respond appropriately to accidents, falls, injuries, and changes in resident condition, completing required documentation and notifications.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records, including required controlled-substance counts.
- Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality outcomes and a positive resident experience.
- Maintain professional standards, required competencies, and continuing education through in-services, staff meetings, and other learning opportunities.

- Current Washington State RN license or equivalent
- Current BLS certification
- Previous experience within a hospital/nursing home is desirable
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach to care
