Overview
- Owning up media planning and delivery for key account
- Day to day client servicing, optimization of on-going campaigns and coordinatingbetween the client and internal teams
- Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of on-goingcampaigns. Assist in strategic analysis of campaigns
- Manage day-to-day client interaction along with the final plan presentation to theclient
- Owning up brand and individual KPI’s to drive business goals
- To supervise and design media plans using appropriate media tools.
- To create culture of innovation and have all contribute to creative media solutions.
- To proactively provide inputs/ directions to client and be responsive for client needs
- Facilitate development of team members through on –the-job coaching and initiatedevelopmental training.
- To ensure smooth team functioning and timely resolution of team conflicts
