Overview

ART BUYER

We are looking for an Art Buyer to join our Production team in Budapest. As an Art Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing external creative talents (photographers, directors, illustrators, talents, composers) to deliver best-in-class visual content for our campaigns. You’ll act as a vital link between the creative and production teams, ensuring that ideas are translated into high-quality executions within budget and timelines.

This is a role where creative sensibility meets business acumen: from contract negotiations and rights management to nurturing relationships with top talent and delivering award-winning campaigns.

You will be working on high-profile campaigns for global brands, collaborating with world-class creative talent, and gaining exposure to international projects within our global agency network.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and recommend external creative talents (photographers, directors, illustrators, composers, actors/models).

• Negotiate fees, contracts, and buyout rights in line with agency/client budgets and legal standards.

• Ensure flawless execution of rights and licensing agreements across photo, film, and digital productions.

• Manage production coordination for shoots with a focus on creative excellence, financial efficiency, and compliance.

• Maintain vendor management through the Acios system.

• Partner with Creative Directors and Producers to align on creative vision and execution.

• Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Procurement on contracts, compliance, and cost control.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, creative partners, and international talent pools.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven experience as an Art Buyer or Producer in advertising, production, or photography.

• Strong knowledge of creative production processes (print, film, digital).

• Experience negotiating contracts and managing buyouts/usage rights.

• Network of international creative talents and vendors.

• Experience working on global brands and multi-market campaigns.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Creative sensibility combined with business mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

• Proactive, collaborative team player.
