Community Manager, Digitas

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager to join Digitas team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cultivating meaningful relationships between brands and their audiences. You will play a key role in shaping and managing our clients' online communities across all social platforms—acting as both the voice of the brand and a trusted point of contact for community members. You will ensure that every interaction reinforces the brand’s values, while supporting the broader social media and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with communities’ members by responding to questions, comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Contribute and execute a community management strategy to grow and engage our clients’ online communities
• Publish high-quality content across social media platforms, blogs, and other community channels
• Monitor communities’ activity and provide regular reports to the team to inform strategic decisions
• Close cooperation with the Agency’s different functions and departments (creative, media, production, planning, traffic etc.) to organize various projects accordingly.
• Analyze the performance of social content & draft analytics reports

Qualifications

• Passionate about building and growing online communities
• Experience with social media platforms and their analytics tools
• 1-2 years of experience in community management for social media accounts with proven results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal).
