Overview

The ideal candidate’s favorite words are data, innovation, scalability, and impact. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning and experimentation to transform complex data into actionable solutions, while collaborating across teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute and collaborate cross-functionally on idea generation, design and proposal of new and enhanced data insights;
• Apply machine learning techniques to solve real-world business challenges.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses.
• Work with large-scale datasets and ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Develop queries and pipelines for data processing and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Build, deploy, and optimize scalable solutions on AWS and Databricks.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL (mandatory).
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and model deployment.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing design and analysis.
• Knowledge of big data frameworks and distributed systems.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services and Databricks.
• English level: B2 or higher.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
