As a Data Engineer, you will develop and deliver solutions that enable our agency teams to win in a very competitive marketplace. The right candidate will be somebody who is motivated to get it done, loves to continually learn and builds software applying modern technologies and strong engineering practices.
Our team is looking for a high-performing Senior Data Engineer who will be responsible for the development, implementation and on-going support of a data driven software platform. The candidate must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality and professionalism. In addition, a strong background in the following areas will significantly improve the candidate's ability to get going quickly:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or its equivalent.• 10+ years’ experience with SQL, databases and creating scalable ETL pipelines.• Experience and thorough understanding of RESTful APIs is required (AdTech APIs preferred).• Knowledge and experience in Python, specifically extensive experience working with any data manipulation/analysis library is required. • Understanding of Spark required.• Experience Airflow is required.• AWS and Databricks Certifications a bonus• Comfortable with data warehousing concepts, preparing data, and configuring automated workflows.• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as an analytical approach.• Strong data analysis skills are required.• Experience connecting and merging disparate datasets.• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.• Possess a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company.

Compensation Range: $110,580.00 - $173,995.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
