• Support Buying & Finance team in day-to-day billings operations. • Booking the space or airtime once the campaign plan has been agreed with the client.• Handle own set of client accounts with accountability and responsibly.
1. Work closely & build strong relationship with media owners manage invoices and billings
2. Media Reports/Invoices• Generate media spend reports by each client.• Assist finance on invoice matching to bcc schedule number.
3. Overall• Work closely with Buying & Finance team on billings and deadlines.• Manage and clear all billings and backlogs.
