Overview

PRODUCTION ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking for a Production Account Manager to join Publicis One Unlimited, the bespoke agency dedicated to NIVEA. The role is focused on Emerging Markets, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of projects, building strong client relationships, and supporting the Account Director in delivering campaigns on time and to the highest quality standards. The Production Account Manager will take ownership of assigned workstreams, drive efficient coordination across stakeholders, and ensure flawless execution from briefing through delivery.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with client and internal teams on daily project management tasks.
• Support Account Director to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, with at least one campaign delivered 4 weeks in advance of campaign deadline.
• Take full ownership of workstreams, including:
  • Client communication (e.g., call memos).
  • Internal communication (briefs, debriefs, production bibles).
  • Administrative tasks (status reports, scorecards, timing plans, financial tracking of quotes/POs, resource allocation, capacity planning).
  • Maintain quality control across all deliverables to ensure alignment with brief, strategy, and creative feedback.
  • Manage the Project Management tool for assigned projects.
  • Collect learnings and create wash-up decks after project completion.
• Team Collaboration with internal teams (like Creative, Strategy, Production, Post Production, Finance, and Operations teams), as well as with external teams and stakeholders, clients in the emerging markets (Project Leaders and Content Development Managers).

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Account management within advertising or communications (production related account management experience is an advantage).
• Proven experience managing 360 campaigns end-to-end.
• Experience in managing productions/shoots.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as a detail-oriented, proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of Project Management tolls (like Asana, MS Project, Monday.com or similar).
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both for clients and for internal teams.
• Solid understanding of creative and production processes.
• Resiliency and adaptibility in attitude, since we're working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, with different time zones.
