    Job description

    Company Description

Part of Publicis Groupe, AKA is an award-winning creative communications agency driven

by the mission to create ideas the world wants to share. Recognized as Campaign Asia’s PR

Agency of the Year Singapore (Gold, 2024 & 2025), AKA operates as an all-in partner across

earned, social, and integrated creative disciplines. Combining a agile, culture-obsessed

attitude with the global scale and capabilities of Publicis, AKA pairs borderless thinking with

earned-first storytelling to solve client challenges and deliver work that truly moves the

    needle.

    Overview

The Senior Campaign Executive is an essential engine supporting campaign execution,

social media operations, and client management. Designed for a proactive

communications professional with a passion for pop culture, internet trends, and digital

strategy, this role bridges the gap between creative ideation, social execution, and seamless

    project delivery.

At AKA, we believe that no single department owns ideas. We do not wait for creatives to

hand down concepts; ideation is a shared responsibility across the entire agency team. The

Senior Campaign Executive is expected to bring fresh, trend-led perspectives to the table,

ensuring our work is on brief, on budget, and fearlessly out of boundaries whenever possible.

    Responsibilities

    Core Focus Areas

Craft & Social Execution | Support the end-to-end content management lifecycle

across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.). Translate platform updates, social-

first formats, and real-time cultural moments into practical content ideas and

actionable recommendations for clients. Ensure all outputs adhere to social best

practices, brand guidelines, and high quality control.

Ideation & Brave Thinking | Actively contribute to agency brainstorms and creative

strategy. Bring a distinct, culture-focused point of view—leveraging internet trends,

Gen Z insights, and digital behaviors to shape concepts alongside specialized

creative and production hubs. Take shared ownership in pushing creative boundaries

while keeping concepts grounded in client objectives.

Project & Campaign Hygiene | Support end-to-end campaign lifecycles by managing

project timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating logistics, and consolidating

feedback. Facilitate smooth workflows between clients, internal team members, and

external partners to keep projects running seamlessly on schedule and within budget.

Performance & Insights | Track, analyze, and report on organic and paid campaign

performance. Work with the strategy team to translate social metrics and data into

clear post-campaign insights and actionable recommendations to optimize future

    content and demonstrate campaign impact.

Client Engagement & Collaboration | Assist with day-to-day client communications,

meeting coordination, and presentation preparation. Build reliable, trusted working

relationships with client counterparts by demonstrating sharp attention to detail,

    responsiveness, and clear communication.

Team & Personal Growth | Collaborate seamlessly across AKA’s specialized agency

hubs. Show resilience, curiosity, and an eagerness to learn, applying feedback

quickly to hone both strategic thinking and campaign management skills.

    Qualifications

    Overall Skills and Competencies

    • Proven agency experience in social media management, campaign coordination, or digital brand marketing.
    • A strong passion for pop culture, emerging platform trends, and digital storytelling.
    • Demonstrated ability to contribute to creative brainstorming and translate internet culture into social-first ideas.
    • Sharp organizational and project management abilities, with high attention to detail and timeline hygiene.
    • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite), design basics (e.g., Canva/Adobe Suite), and workspace platforms (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
