This is an opening for a specifc AI unit speicialized in full or integrated AI generation workExpert motion graphic artist working across a wide variety of short format broadcast and digital content projects. This talentshould be able to interpret creative briefs with creative fair and accuracy as well as work independently.The candidate will have to be savvy and have practiced on AI tools and is able to work with other members of the AI team unit( design, art, and copywriter)
The candidate should be fully aware of generative Ai tools that add to the overall output, and able to integratethem as needed. in addition of course to his core technical skills as below:• Expert in 2D design and animation. All Adobe Suite.• Expert in 3D modeling and animation in tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya and/or Houdini.• Sculpting tools such as Zbrush, Substance Painter is a plus.• Cell animation/Stop motion/Hand drawn animation is highly preferred.• Ability to plan shots with camera angles, camera motion, composition and props.• Work with the team in planning shots and integrating graphics into live action shots. Suggest ideas at times.• Well versed in animation principles.• Working knowledge in camera tracking tools such as Synth Eyes, Boujou, PF track, Mocha etc.• Expert in compositing tools, such as After Efects, Nuke, Fusion etc.• Great leadership qualities. Great communication skills, highly passionate and motivational.• Well versed in planning a project from scratch. At times able to do storyboards.• Develop 2D Animatic, Previz and 3D animatics.• Drawing skills to communicate visually.
Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Animation, Game Design, Fine Arts, or a related feld (or equivalentexperience).At least 6+ years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.Profciency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D).Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D projects, including photorealistic and stylized work.Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, composition, spatial and architectural design.Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.Knowledge of animation, VFX, and post-production processes is a plus.Preferred Qualifcations:Experience in a specifc industry, such as gaming, flm, architecture, or product design.Familiarity with programming languages or scripting for automation in 3D software.Experience with VR/AR technologies and workfows.Good knowledge of latest AI tools and how to invest them in producing the desired work
