Overview

• Manages projects (videos, print assets).

• Coordinates the work of subcontractors and motion designers/DTP team.

• Prepares estimates and schedules.

• Monitors the consistency of the budget with initial assumptions.

• Monitors the quality of the projects and adherence to schedules.

• Cooperates with the client and internal Client Service department.

Qualifications

• 3 – 6 years of experience as a post-producer at an advertising agency / postproduction house.

• Experience with planning and coordinating advertising projects, including ATL and digital projects.

• Advanced command of English.

• Ability to analyze projects, define objectives, delegate tasks and monitor the quality of the work done.

• Ability to manage a subcontractor team.

• Excellent organization and time management: able to prioritize a large volume of work effectively and efficiently with tight deadlines.

• Good standards of personal presentation, and excellent communication skills in speaking and writing.
