Under direct supervision, perform general labor work, including but not limited to, Nursery grounds maintenance; propagation; pruning; planting; potting; watering; and general care of plants for the purpose of production and sales of Nursery plants and materials. Uses various hand tools, such as trowels; garden shears; hand clippers; etc.
Compensation:
$17.78/hour (non-exempt).

Responsibilities
Essential Duties
- Landscaping and Nursery operations, which includes general labor in the Nursery.
- Assist with keeping Landscape materials organized, clean, and orderly while ensuring proper operation for all on-going Nursery activities.
- Assist with maintaining the inventory for all Landscaping projects, including watering; weeding; and organizing all Landscape materials.
- Maintain professional appearance and operation of all assigned uniforms, tools, and equipment for Landscaping activities.
- Actively participate in training, support, direction, and guidance from Supervisors.
- Report all maintenance and repairs required for equipment to the Supervisors.
- Operate all tools and equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
