    • Independently manage a caseload within a benign ENT service.
    • Deliver evidence-based therapy and rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual patient needs.
    • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to patient care planning and reviews.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.

    Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:
    • A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
    • HCPC registration and membership (or eligibility) with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
    • Experience working with adult patients in an acute setting.
    • Proven ability to independently manage dysphagia cases.
    • Desirable: Experience in FEES and/or voice therapy.
