    • Work as part of a wider clinical team, engaging in supervision and CPD

    Benefits

    • Term-time only working (approx. 41 weeks per year)
    • Hybrid working model – home, school, and office-based
    • Generous salary and annual leave entitlement
    • Access to regular clinical supervision and peer support
    • Opportunities for CPD, research, and service development
    • Supportive, inclusive, and values-driven working environment

    Qualifications and Experience

We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:

    • Essential: Doctorate in Educational Psychology and current HCPC registration
    • Desirable: Experience working with children and young people with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs
    • Strong communication, consultation, and report-writing skills
    • A collaborative, reflective approach to practice

If you don’t meet every requirement but feel passionate about this role, we still encourage you to apply.
