    Job description

    Job Title: Acute Stroke Consultant
    Location: Derby, Derbyshire
    Working Hours: 40 hours per week
    Rate: Competitive

    Pulse is delighted to present an immediate opening for a Stroke Consultant, offering a full rota schedule from Monday to Friday for an initial of 2 months. This position entails covering a consultant post, conducting stroke ward rounds, and providing expertise in thrombolysis and TIA clinics. If you have a background in stroke care or Geriatric Medicine, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care.

    The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and expertise in stroke medicine, with a strong background in conducting stroke ward rounds and managing thrombolysis procedures. Excellent clinical skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high quality patient care are essential for this role.

    Requirements:

    • Registered with the General Medicine Council (GMC) is essential
    • Right to work in the UK
    • Relevant NHS experience working as a Stroke Consultant
