Working within a highly respected multidisciplinary environment, you will collaborate with Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Consultant Sonographers, and Clinical Pilates specialists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape a growing service rather than simply join an established one, making it ideal for a clinician looking to take the next step in their career.

    • Deliver specialist MSK assessment and management for foot and ankle conditions
    • Undertake biomechanical assessments and prescribe orthotic solutions
    • Deliver shockwave therapy and other advanced treatment modalities
    • Utilise dynamometer testing as part of patient assessment and treatment planning
    • Provide manual therapy and rehabilitation programmes where appropriate
    • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across multiple clinic locations
    • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records using AI-supported systems
    • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborative care planning
    • Support the growth and ongoing development of the podiatry service
    • Build strong referral pathways within the established MSK network

    • Strong interest or experience in MSK Podiatry and biomechanics
    • Experience managing a broad range of podiatric conditions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary environment
    • Motivated, proactive, and patient-focused approach
    • Keen to develop specialist clinical interests and skills
    • Enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of an expanding service
    • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

    Benefits

    • Competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000 per annum
    • Performance-related bonus scheme
    • Paid annual leave
    • Workplace pension scheme
    • Paid CPD days
    • Dedicated annual CPD budget
    • Structured mentorship and in-house training
    • Full training in orthotic prescription, rehabilitation, and advanced treatment techniques where required
    • Opportunities to develop specialist interests
    • Regular clinical development reviews
    • Uniform provided
    • Long-term career progression within a growing clinic group
