ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Junior Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across all communication channels, including social media for Pureprofile. Also, will be responsible for maintaining the quality assurance provided to clients.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Answering emails from our members. The expectation is to answer them in the best possible manner in the shortest possible time.
• Communicating with our members via other channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
• Communication: Needs to show good command over both written and spoken English.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and being the voice of our company.
• Logging and escalating queries as seamlessly as possible to relevant Pureprofile team members.
• Flagging technical issues with the manager to resolve and give feedback to product and design.
• Working through new registration checks, fraud reports and flagged accounts will be the primary job. The expectation is to identify potential fraudulent accounts with high accuracy and maintain panel quality as well as prevent loss.
• Brainstorming ideas/ enhancements to ensure better member experience.
• Working on any additional requests from your manager to the best of your ability.
• Ensuring that service levels set for the department are adhered to and a natural drive to exceed expectations.
• Ability to work on multiple tools and multitask where required.
• Working to and actively promoting the company values.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Familiarity with various social media platforms
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good with MS PowerPoint, Word etc.
• Familiarity with Google docs and Google sheets

• Strong command of both written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive member experiences
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and workflows
