Silverdale Purpose Stylist

The Role

We are hiring sales driven Stylists at Purpose who love people, style, and creating an exceptional in store experience.

This is not a passive retail role. Stylists are responsible for driving their own sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering personalized styling experiences that lead to real results.

You will spend your time on the floor actively styling customers, building full outfits, and confidently guiding them toward pieces that fit their body, lifestyle, and goals.

This role is ideal for someone who is energized by people, motivated by performance, and excited to grow in both sales and styling.

What You Will Do

• Deliver a personalized, high energy styling experience for every customer
• Drive personal sales through confident selling and full outfit styling
• Build genuine relationships that lead to repeat customers and long term loyalty
• Learn product deeply including fit, fabric, and how to style across different body types
• Take ownership of your personal sales performance and key metrics
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and visually strong store environment
• Support your team and contribute to a positive, values driven culture

Scheduling Expectations

Purpose stores operate 7 days a week, and this role includes weekend and occasional closing shifts as a regular part of the business.
