Big Bolt LLC is looking for a motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our Bloomingdale team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, coordinating across departments, and keeping orders moving from quote through completion. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager while supporting quoting, order entry, customer communication, purchasing coordination, and general sales operations.

Big Bolt has been manufacturing specialty and custom fasteners since 1977 and serves customers across a wide range of industries. Sales Assistant as of 9.29.26

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll help keep the sales process organized, accurate, and responsive.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Creating and entering customer quotes and sales orders
• Updating and maintaining quote and order information in NetSuite
• Communicating with customers regarding pricing, order status, and follow-up
• Managing customer portals and supporting required documentation
• Working with Purchasing to obtain vendor pricing and purchase order information
• Coordinating with Sales, Quality, Shipping, and other internal departments
• Helping expedite customer orders when timing becomes critical
• Supporting return, rework, and RMA activity
• Investigating order, inventory, or material discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate sales records and documentation
• Identifying ways to improve workflow and sales-support processes Sales Assistant as of 9.29.26

Preferred Background

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, order management, or a related environment
• Previous experience working in an ERP system
• NetSuite experience is a plus
