As a Data Engineer- Senior Associate- Analytics as Service - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients by streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency through managed services. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to deliver exceptional services to clients.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to drive continuous improvement and optimize managed services processes, tools, and services.
Responsibilities
- Managing delivery teams and overseeing the transition and operation of managed services
- Implementing process optimization strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Utilizing project management skills to plan and execute service delivery initiatives
- Developing automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve performance
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Facilitating business transformation through strategic planning and execution
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and deliver quality services
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and development within the team
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5+ years of experience in Datastage , Netezza or Oracle Goldengate(OGG)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
