PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry , Real Estate Valuation and including AML/Compliance services).

Your mission:

A career within the Anti-Financial Crime team will provide you with the opportunity to support clients in managing and mitigating financial crime and money laundering risks. 

In this role, you will combine hands-on AML expertise with team coordination responsibilities, ensuring high-quality delivery while driving team efficiency, performance, and client experience.
Be part of our team where you will: 

• Lead and coordinate daily AML/CFT operations and client deliverables, ensuring quality, timelines, and prioritization are effectively managed while acting as a key point of contact for ongoing activities; 
• Monitor performance using reporting tools, dashboards, and operational data to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement areas; 
• Coach and support team members at all levels, driving capability building, strengthening skills of team members when needed, and empowering top performers through a hands-on “show, don’t just tell” / “leading from the front” approach to increase autonomy and reduce escalations; 
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience and service delivery by working cross-functionally on planning, staffing, training, quality, and performance management; 
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities, translating insights into concrete, high-impact actions;
  

Let’s talk about you. If you have/are … 

• A Master’s degree in Audit, Business, Economics, Financial Crime or a related field;
• At least 4 years of experience in AML/CFT, ideally within a Big Four, consulting, or compliance environment;
• Minimum experience of 2 years in coordination, mentoring, or team supervision;
• Strong understanding of AML processes, including CDD, monitoring, and regulatory frameworks;
• Interest or exposure to new technologies and crypto-related AML challenges;
• Excellent communication skills in English A structured, proactive mindset with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills;
• Confidence working with data, reporting tools, and performance monitoring dashboards;
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance delivery and team leadership responsibilities.
