Your mission
As a Facility & Security Support, you will ensure the smooth daily operation of our buildings, supporting safety, maintenance and security activities while coordinating suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities

• Perform daily building walkthroughs and report incidents.
• Manage access cards and support security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Support SCIE activities and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate facility services (cleaning, maintenance, handyman).
• Assist with small maintenance tasks, relocations and event support.
• Maintain documentation, incident logs and operational procedures.

Let’s talk about you. If you…

• Hold a relevant technical qualification (safety, maintenance, electrical, etc.) — higher education is not required.
• Have basic knowledge of SCIE and emergency procedures.
• Possess general building maintenance and emergency systems knowledge (AutoCAD is a plus).
• Bring experience with fire detection, CCTV and access control systems.
• Are organized, proactive and able to work independentlyhands-on.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English.
