Общ преглед на позицията
Асистентът в пациентските ни програми е отговорен за предоставянето на неклинична помощ (административна и логистична) на пациенти с ревматологични, гастроентерологични и дерматологични заболявания. Той/тя е първа линия на контакт за всеки пациент, включен в Програмата, като подпомага разбирането на етапите от пътя на лечението и административните изисквания за достъп до назначената терапия. Асистентът съдейства при организирането на необходимите лабораторни изследвания, прегледа на изискуемите документи, напомняния за следващи стъпки, както и проследяване на срокове и валидност на документация.

Patient Support Assistant
IQVIA is a global provider of commercial services including Patient Support Programs (PSP). Our teams help biopharma to provide support “beyond the pill” to hundreds of patients around the world. We are excited to announce that currently we are looking for a Patient Support Assistant located in Plovdiv to join our team and to assist patient in their journey.
Job Overview
Patients are at the center of IQVIA’s business strategies. The Patient Support Assistant has primary accountability for providing appropriate nonclinical administrative and logistic support for patients living with a chronic disease. The Patient Support Assistant will serve as the link for each patient enrolling in the PSP to better understand the steps in his/her journey by one-to-one communication.
This is a field-based role where most of the interaction between the Patient Support Assistant and the enrolled patients will be face-to-face in the area of the Healthcare organizations (hospitals) in Plovdiv providing care for the patients with the diseases in the scope of the PSP. However, additional channels of interactions like phone calls are also possible. All meetings between the Patient Support Assistant and patients will be organized in advance by the Coordinator of the PSP. After each meeting the Patient Support Assistant will have to fill in a meeting report form and to submit it to the Coordinator of the PSP.
