Job description

Abide by the Management System and ISO/IEC 17025
Handle daily order submissions
Assist lab testing team by managing processes related to samples submitted by clients
Coordinate/Handle the warehousing, storage, and release of samples
Filing hardcopy documents (submission related)
Prepare reports as necessary and maintain their filing system
Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Minimum bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or any discipline
B.Sc. in science or any discipline
Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 quality system and requirements
Basic knowledge of laboratory testing
Fast and accurate typing skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer skills
At least 1–2 years of working experience in third-party testing
Good command of written and spoken English
Self-initiated, independent, and a good team player
