As we expand beyond financial services to impact the leadership of industries around the world, we need to grow our research function. The research team is the heart of our business, how we build the domain expertise that makes us so unique, and how we develop the talent to advise our customers and help them transform how they think about talent. You will join a two-year programme rotating across research verticals to gain an overview of how the world works and what companies do, seen through the lens of people. We want to find the smartest and most curious graduates out there and help them become professionals as comfortable advising a Chief People Officer of a Fortune 500 company as they are independently researching a completely new industry and building a comprehensive understanding of how organisations operate from the ground up.
