Industrial Electrician – Plant Project

Pay: $28.00/hour, with higher pay available depending on experience
Potential for Hire: Strong performers may have an opportunity to move into a Contract-to-Hire position after the project.
Position
Hiring Industrial Electricians for a short-term plant project. This role focuses on installing and connecting electrical systems in an active industrial facility while working alongside pipefitters and other trades.
Responsibilities
- Install and terminate industrial electrical wiring, conduit, and related components.
- Route electrical systems throughout the plant according to project requirements.
- Install conduit, supports, cable, junction boxes, disconnects, and other electrical equipment.
- Connect electrical components and systems safely and accurately.
- Read electrical drawings, layouts, and work instructions to determine installation locations and routing.
- Use hand tools and power tools for electrical installation work.
- Coordinate electrical activities with pipefitting crews installing process piping.
- Work safely around active plant operations and other trades.
- Complete assigned electrical and piping-related installation tasks according to project schedules.
- Follow all applicable workplace safety practices and procedures.
Requirements
- Industrial electrical installation experience.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.
- Experience installing conduit, wiring, junction boxes, disconnects, and electrical equipment.
- Comfortable using electrical hand and power tools.
- Ability to work safely in an active plant environment.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with other trades.
