Position Summary:
Accurately and timely complete inventory counts at all Retail locations. Perform all duties of the Inventory Manager in his/her absence.
Job Duties:
- Follows the Quality Dairy Code of Excellence
- Complete inventory at stores
- Follow established monthly schedule set by Inventory Manager
- Face and straighten product if moved during counting
- Report store conditions to Inventory Manager
- Maintain knowledge of current price changes/product promotions
- Assist with warehouse inventories
- Responsible for inventory equipment cleaning
- Perform all duties of the Inventory Manager in his/her absence.

Inventory Manager
- Communicate problems, suggestions and questions
- Receive directions and instructions
Inventory Crew Members
- Work together to accomplish tasks at each store
- Discuss problems and exchange ideas
Internal and External Customers and Co-workers
- Represent Quality Dairy Company in a professional, friendly, efficient manner, providing service as needed

- Exposure to temperature and noise extremes
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year inventory experience or six months experience as a Quality Dairy Company crew member, preferred
- Computer experience, MS office preferred
- Calculator knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Knowledge of pertinent OSHA, EPA and MIOSHO practices, preferred
