Job Summary

The Production Superintendent is primarily responsible for crew retention, crew training, recruitment and the quality and safety of the assigned crews.   Core Value Expectations:

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain regular and predictable work schedule Provide excellent customer service and reflect the company’s core values at all times Visit assigned job sites daily and document progress using Company Cam Enforce company safety programs and conduct weekly toolbox safety trainings Recruit, train, and retain high-quality construction crews Monitor and inspect work for quality; document findings regularly Support crews with technical guidance and issue resolution on site Complete final walkthroughs of buildings to ensure readiness for payment Assist with quoting and estimating billable repairs Support sales with technical building questions as needed Perform other duties as assigned Complies with QSI policies and procedures This job description is intended to outline the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
